Rita Florence Seibel

Rita lived with her son in Connecticut. She was backing her car out of the driveway when her vehicle was struck by a speeding car. She died 15 hours later of her injuries.

KIRSCH, F. RITA (SEIBEL)
Age 83 of Bethany, CT, on Saturday, October 13, 2001. Widow of Robert P.
Kirsch. Mrs. Kirsch was born in Pittsburgh daughter of the late Frank and
Minnie (Schockling) Seibel. A resident of Connecticut for nine years,
formerly of Bowling Green, OH and Pittsburgh. She was a retired accounting
and business studies teacher at Duff's Iron City Business School in Pitts-
burgh where she had taught for many years. She was a Communicant of St.
Vincent Ferrer Church in Naugatuck, CT and was a member of the parish Ladies
Guild. Also a member of the Bethany Seniors. She leaves two sons, Robert
John Kirsch of Bethany, CT and Richard Joseph Kirsch of Potrero, CA; one
brother Joseph Seibel of Plum; one sister Mary Fischer of Penn Hills; also
six grandchildren and one step-grandchild. Friends received Wednesday 2-4
and 7-9 pm at Charles W. Trenz, Inc., Funeral Director & Pre-need Counselor
11110 Frankstown Road, Penn Hills. Mass of Christian burial in St.Barthol-
omew Church Thursday 10 am. Internment in Mount Carmel Cemetery, Penn
Hills. Memorial donations may be made to St. Vincent Ferrer Church, 1006 New
Haven Rd., Naugatuck, CT 06770.
