Helen P. Hohman

Helen Hohman Echelbarger lived in Columbus, Ohio in 1966.

Roy Anthony Crock

Records conflict on date and place of birth:
According to the 1990 census, Eva Smithberger Crock had only given birth to two children, Urban H. (Aug 1897) and Osden P. (April 1899), both in Ohio. This agrees with church records at St. Mary's in Fulda, OH, which show only those two children baptized there. Roy is listed as being 7 years old in the 1910 census.
However, according to "A History of the Smithberger Family in America", son Roy was born 27 Mar 1898. This date is believed to be incorrect, as it is only seven months after Urban's birth.

In 1930, Roy Crock (27) rented a house for $25 a month at 1205 Lang Ave. in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He lived there with his wife, Anna M. (25) and sons Thomas W (6) and Roy A. Jr. (5 yrs 3 mos). Thomas attended school that year. Roy Sr. was employed as a driver for a bread bakery. The family owned a radio set.

Entry in Social Security Death Index is listed under "Ray Crock."

Anna Marie Dickson

According to the 1930 census, Anna and her parents were all born in Pennsylvania.

Margaret and her parents were born in Pennsylvania. Margaret worked as an operator for the phone comapny. Margaret's son Robert lived with his widowed grandmother Eva Crock at the time of the census.
