Clarence owned Kress's Market (grocery store) that was located on SouthMain
Street in Woodsfield next door to the where the city Municipal Building is
now. Frank and his brother, Richard, both worked at that market somepoint
in time. Frank states that Clarence, Mercedes, and Jimmy lived upstairs and
the grocery was downstairs.
According to Clarence's obituary he had 16 grandchildren at the time ofhis
death
