Brandt John Bailey

Obituary:

Brandt J. Bailey, age 36, of North Canton, passed away Friday, March 19, 2004, in St. Luke's Lutheran Community following a courageous five year battle with cancer. Brandt was born August 24, 1967 in McKeesport, PA. He was a former employee of St. Luke's Lutheran Community providing 15 years of loyal service in the food service department. Brandt was an avid North Canton Hoover and Ohio State fan and loved anything that had to do with the Pittsburgh Steelers. Brandt is survived by his father, Bill (Carol) Bailey of North Canton; his mother, Arden Lee (Jack) Green of Florida; three sisters, Stacey Riecks of Minneapolis, MN; Dawn Marie Botsford of Cincinnati and Patrice Gallitz of Medina; a brother, Bill Bailey of Cincinnati; five aunts, Joyce Russell, Kathleen Lennon, Linda Collins, Beverly Alcorn and Stephanie Petiprin; a grandfather, John Schweinberg; and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services for Brandt will be conducted on Monday at 11 a.m. at the St. Luke Lutheran Community. Friends may call from 10-11 a.m. at St. Luke's. Memorial contributions my be made to either the St. Luke Lutheran Community, 220 Applegrove St. NE, North Canton, OH 44720 or the Hospice of Stark County, 325 - 3rd St. SE, Massillon, OH 44646. Brandt's family would like to thank the staff and residents of St. Luke's for their wonderful support and for the love and care they gave their son over the years. Brandt's arrangements are entrusted to the Paquelet-Falk Funeral Home in Louisville.
