Nicholas Edward Schott

Obituary:
CALDWELL - Nick E. Schott, 39, of Township Road 104, Cumberland,
died Tuesday, Sept. 16, 199, at his residence following a long illness. Born
Sept. 22, 1957 in Cambridge, he was a self-employed carpenter, having owned
and operated Noble Construction. Mr. Schott was a 1975 graduate of Caldwell
High School and a member of Faith Baptist Church in Belle Valley.
Surviving are his parents, John N. and Wanda Poulton Schott of Dexter City;
his wife, Anita Siddle Schott, whom he married May 14, 1977; one daughter,
Mrs. Megan L. Wheeler of Fort Lewis, Wash.; two sons, Josh N. and Adam C.
Schott, both of the home, one sister, Peggy Johnson of Belle Valley; two brothers,
Frank and Andy Schott, both of Dexter City, and several nieces and nephews.
Calling hours are 1 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Sept 18, 1997 at Faith Baptist Church
in Belle Valley.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday Sept. 19, 1997 at the church, with the Rev.
William Johnson officiating. Burial will be in Halley’s Ridge Cemetery. Arrange-
ments are being handled by McVay-Perkins Funeral Home, 416 East St., Caldwell.
The family requests memorials be made to Faith Baptist Church Building Fund or
Hospice of Guernsey in memory of Nick E. Schott.
