Leo Sylvester Reischman

Obituary (from Betty Hartley)
Leo S. Reischman, 78, 416 Holiday Avenue, Woodsfield,
died Tuesday at home. He was born March 27, 1910 at
Miltonsburg, Monroe County, a son of the late John and Julia
Burkhart Reischman.
He was a retired farmer, a former custodian of Citizens
National Bank, Woodsfield, a member of St. Sylvester
Catholic Church, Woodsfield, and St. Francis Society.
He was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Rosalie
Reischman.
Surviving are his wife, Josephine Brooks Reischman; a
son, Paul of Alliance; a daughter, Mrs. Ronald (Norma Jean)
Reynen of Green Bay, Wisc.; a grandson.
Friends will be received at the Bauer-Turner Funeral Home,
Woodsfield, 1 to 9 p.m. Sunday. Mass of Christian Burial will
be celebrated at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Sylvester Catholic
Church, with the Rev. George Adams, the celebrant. Burial
will follow in St. Sylvester Church Cemetery. Rosary devotions
will be at 8:30 p.m. Sunday. Memorial contributions may be
made to St. Sylvester Parish.
