Karl Richard Braller

In 1997, Carl R. Brahler of Louisville, Stark Co., Ohio legally changed his name to Karl. R. Brahler.


Floyd Edward Gottsman

Silver anniversary announcement from The Canton Repository, 7 Nov 1999:

Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Gottsman of Canal Fulton celebrated their 25th anniversary Sept. 21. A trip to Hawaii is planned for a later date. The former Edna Brahler and her husband were married in St. John the
Baptist Catholic Church in Canton by the Rev. Melvin E. Rusnak.
They attend Sts.Philip and James Catholic Church in Canal Fulton. They are parents of five foster children. There are eight foster grandchildren. Gottsman is employed at Yellow Freight System. He is a member of Canal Fulton Lions Club. Mrs. Gottsman is a substitute teacher in Stark County.
She is a member of Northwest Lions Club and the Altar and Rosary Society
at Sts. Philip and James Church.


Eugene Verne Singer

Eugene Singer was employed as a service worker in the business of oil field testing.

Services for Eugene V. Singer were held at the Crawford Cemetery, August 10, 1998.
He died in Crawford on August 5th, 1998 at the Ponderosa Villa Nursing Home.
He was born in Crawford on October 17th, 1933 to Bertha (Sis Langos) and Cyrenus
Singer. He attended schools here, graduating in 1951. He was very involved in high school
sports, especially track and football. He was selected All-Conference end in 1950. He
worked for Nash-Finch and later for the Railroad. He worked for Halliburton from 1953-
1969. His work for Halliburton took him to Iran and Saudi Arabia and allowed him to
travel throughout Europe. In 1969 he bought the Frontier Bar and operated it until 1978,
when he retired.
Surviving are Sue and Peter Ruble, Alice Ruble & Mike Wells, David, Debbie, Jesica
and Christopher Singer, Jolene Singer, Ashley and Ryan Muse, Linda, Paul, Ian, & Cora
Eva Froning.


Ella Grace Keffer

Marietta Times Tuesday, April 20, 2004 Keffer Tiffany and Eric Keffer of 1405 Bosner Ridge Road, Lowell, announce the birth of their daughter, Ella Grace Keffer. She was born at 3:12 p.m. Monday, April 12, 2004, at Marietta Memorial Hospital in Marietta. She weighed 9 pounds, 4 ounces and was 19 inches long. Grandparents are Kay and Kenny Schaad of Lowell, Dick and Carole Keffer of Waterford and David and Linda Lohr of Beverly. Great-grandparents are Ed and Norma Vannoy of Marietta, the late Judy Vannoy, the late Walter and Marcella Schaad, Cleo Keffer of Beverly, the late Dorothy Keffer, Doris and Lena Coleman of Beverly, Clarence Lohr of Belpre, and the late Lillian Lohr.
